The modern relative to the steam shovel (a la Mike Mulligan) our excavator can move more than a tons of earth in a day! The body of the vehicle can swivel 360 degrees on it's dirt climbing dual tracks and the power packing diesel engine motors up steep hills over rocks and dirt. The tractor is also known commonly as a trackhoe, digger and earthmover.
